Why We Embrace Made-to-Order (MTO) Manufacturing

At West Countyline, we own our factory and meticulously oversee every aspect of our made-to-order process, ensuring high quality and sustainability throughout. By producing garments only after they are ordered, we significantly reduce waste and use eco-friendly materials, minimizing our overall carbon footprint. This direct-to-consumer approach allows us to avoid the complexities and costs associated with traditional mass production, including management fees, extensive advertising, high return rates, and excessive inventories that ultimately flood the market and landfills.

While the typical wait time for your items is approximately 2 weeks, this approach ensures that each piece is crafted to your exact specifications with a focus on durability and precision. We believe that this thoughtful process upholds our commitment to sustainability and delivers exceptional value and quality directly to you.

Our Made-To-Order Process: Ensuring Unmatched Quality

Once an order is placed, we initiate a meticulous triple quality check to uphold our commitment to excellence. Here’s how we ensure each garment meets our highest standards:

  1. Fabric Inspection and Pre-Wash: We start by thoroughly inspecting the fabric for any imperfections. Unlike mass production methods, we pre-wash and dry the fabric before cutting, eliminating potential future shrinkage issues.
  2. Precision Cutting and Sewing: Each garment is precisely cut and expertly sewn by our skilled artisans, ensuring every detail adheres to our rigorous quality standards.
  3. Second Quality Control: After sewing, we conduct a comprehensive quality control check to verify measurements and ensure the fabric remains in pristine condition.
  4. Final Inspection: Before shipment, each garment undergoes a final meticulous inspection to guarantee it meets our exacting standards of craftsmanship and flawlessness.

Our Made-To-Order process not only ensures superior quality but also reflects our dedication to delivering garments that exceed expectations in durability, fit, and craftsmanship.

Origin of Our Products

Currently, 97% of all apparel in the USA is imported from overseas, with 73% originating from Asian countries. This includes designer brands, luxury labels, and mass-market retailers alike.

Our factory is located in mainland China, a region with stringent regulatory oversight compared to other Asian countries. At our facility, we surpass minimal requirements by prioritizing fair wages and dignified working conditions. Our production workforce earns more than 3.5 times the local minimum wage, which exceeds the US Government's minimum wage standards.

Order Delivery Details

We utilize third-party logistics companies to express air-ship our orders from overseas, which helps reduce the cost of delivering directly to your door. These providers work with various carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS for local deliveries in collaboration with the air shipping services.

Please note that upon arrival, your order may not display "West Countyline" on the outer packaging or shipping labels. This is standard practice among shipping providers like UPS, USPS, and FedEx, who often use their own packaging and labeling. Rest assured, this does not impact the contents or handling of your order.
