Refusing A Shipment, Returns and Restocking Policy.

We want our customers to be thrilled with their items when they receive them! Hence, we offer a stress-free and legitimate return policy that ensures that if the customer is not satisfied with their order, we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible (Note: kindly refer to our “Restrictions and Exclusions”). 

This policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for refusing an order upon delivery to ensure effective handling of discrepancies or issues with shipments.

Refusing A Shipment Is Only Valid If:

If the delivered items inside the package are visibly damaged or defective upon initial inspection.

Return Policy- Try It On and/or Inspect- 14 Day Policy.

To avoid any misunderstandings about our products, we only ask that you “Try It On and/or Inspect” the products for any defects or fit irregularities not consistent with the sizing chart within 14 days to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, please contact us through email at info@westcountyline.com quickly, and we will gladly work with you to promptly resolve the situation.

Custom Made Products Policy

Custom made products are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases of quality issues. For custom lengths or sizing adjustments, we allow a variance of up to 1 inch in the finished product. Please note that custom colors selected from digital swatch cards may not be 100% accurate and can appear differently on various screens. We encourage you to comfortable with your chosen custom color, as we do not accept returns.

Restrictions and Exclusions.

To be eligible for a return and credit or a refund on products, all items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition, with all the original packaging, including the external packaging of each item, all hangtags, and labeling that must be intact and attached in its original manner. * Any item(s) returned without pre-approval and not in its original packaging, including hangtags/labeling that have been either removed or tampered with (reattached) in any way, will be declined. 

All non-West Countyline items returned will be disposed of upon receipt with no credits and refunds.

Restocking Fee & Final Sale

West Countyline reserves the right to apply up to a 50% restocking fee based on the product’s condition after it is returned (e.g., if not returned in unused, unwashed condition, with all the original packaging).
